About Angela Atherley

Angela started her career in an appraisal office in 1988. By 1993 was a certified real estate appraiser and after more than a decade working as a certified residential appraiser, she had built a good reputation and trust with many of her clients and customers. These clients began relying on her knowledge and coming to her with their real estate needs. It was a natural transition to add the real estate sales license. Angela was also a partner in a real estate development and construction company for over 20 yrs. She helped in designing homes and projects, building from the ground up, and later doing some flipping and remodeling. The construction exposure also gave her a great ongoing list of trusted subcontractors and repair people. Angela’s prior background in valuing properties gives her an edge in marketing and listing properties in many different markets. Her deeper understanding of real estate has helped her to successfully protect her buyers in a transaction and maximize seller profit. Angela believes in consistent communication and making sure the client is educated along the way. Guiding the client to establish realistic market expectations and ensuring a smooth transaction with a rock star team is her Forte. She believes in providing exorbitant levels of service and that a client is a client for life! Throughout her career with the constantly changing markets, Angela believes strongly in continual education and personal growth so that she can always better serve her clients. She currently holds 3 certifications and is currently pursuing others. Angela loves the challenge of helping people find their first home or upgrade to their dream home. Her commitment to each client has given her long-lasting relationships which have helped her build and establish a lifelong successful real estate career.
